  • Delille 2022 Four Flags Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2022 Four Flags showcases the power and restraint that Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is known for, emphasized by the extra hang time granted by the ideal growing conditions of the vintage. Whiffs of Mountain huckleberry, black plum, maraschino cherry, and graphite quickly awaken the olfactory. The palate is dense yet inviting, with flavors of graham cracker, chocolate truffle, and anise well-matched by chewy tannins. This vintage displays a captivating balance of toasty oak, savory herbal notes, and big fruit flavors that make this special effort sing. Drink now or cellar for 15+ years.

  • 2023 Red Willow Chardonnay

The 2023 Red Willow Chardonnay has an open feel from the first pour. An abundance of aromas burst from the glass, including Kiwi, Bartlett pear, cucumber, and white flowers. On the palate, the texture is creamy, with flavors of lemon, vanilla custard, and mango that are complemented by a savory salinity reminiscent of fresh sea beans and thyme. A pleasant touch of spice from partial (15%) new French oak fermentation rounds out each sip. Enjoy paired with your favorite summer catch, or cellar to experience the added complexity this wine will develop with additional age.

  • DeLille 2023 Chaleur Blanc White Blend

The 2023 Chaleur Blanc wears the concentration of the vintage well, with prominent aromas of ripe apricot, honeydew melon, lemongrass, and green apple leaping from the glass. This compelling wine is layered with stone fruit flavors, delicate herbaceous notes, and rich oak spice, creating a complex and sensational effort that is remarkably approachable. The acid is firm and well-integrated with the rich, creamy flavors of lemon brioche, honeysuckle, and pie dough. The 2023 vintage demonstrates Chaleur Blanc at its best and will surely cellar beautifully for the next 15+ years.

  • Figgins Estate Red Blend 2021

Dark garnet to the rim of the glass. Exotic, perfumed nose of ripe red and black fruits with hints of grilled bread, beef tartar, and a summer garden just after rain. The enticing palate is loaded with dark red fruit and lovely hints of fresh herbs. Texturally robust and velvety with mouth-filling, integrated tannins and a glycerin finish that lasts forever. An absolutely delicious wine from a low-yielding vintage.

  • Long Shadows Feather Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Originally crafted in collaboration with renowned Napa Valley vintner Randy Dunn, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by Long Shadows’ Director of Winemaking, Gilles Nicault.
The 2021 Feather relies on three distinct Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon growing regions to create a complex, layered wine. Weinbau Vineyard (Wahluke Slope) gives Feather its texture and backbone. Dionysus Vineyard (WhiteBluffs) brings intense, dark fruit, and a collection of top Horse Heaven Hills vineyards give the wine a silky, elegant texture and its appealing earthiness.

    Tasting Notes:
Dense and deeply colored in the glass, this bold, robust Cabernet offers enticing aromas and a lavish core of black fruits complemented by dried rosemary, ripe plum, earthy notes and oak spice. Lush and beautifully balanced on the mid-palate, structured tannins combine to provide a harmonious impression that stretches across a long, graceful finish.
