Here’s everything you need to know to make your auction experience fantastic:
Dress for the evening is casual—jeans are welcome and encouraged!
The Live Auction will be followed by live music and dancing—so wear your dancing shoes!
Doors open and drinks begin pouring at 5:00 pm.

Parking is available in the Narrows Marina parking lot. Space is limited—please consider ride-sharing!

This wine is super nostalgic as Viognier was one of the very first grapes I made as a teenager here in Walla Walla. All estate grown, classic earl grey tea and fruit loops (linalool) aromas jump out and immediately bring back great memories. Fresh peaches and the slightest hint of whipped cream follow. The wine itself is rich and ripe while still being refreshing- a great balance. I am excited for summer with this new vintage!

Together we are providing increased options and – more importantly HOPE.
Raising more than $6.5 million over the past nine years, Beer & Bites traditionally is a casual dinner and auction initially created by Gordon Rush and The Rush Companies. The event has blossomed into a critical funding source for South Sound Cancer Awareness Research Expansion (CARE) Foundation. The ninth annual Beer & Bites will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at The Waterfront Venue at Narrows Marina in Tacoma.
Each and every one of us knows someone – a parent, a child, a friend, a colleague – who has suffered from cancer. Thankfully, more and more people are surviving cancer today. Many are right here in the South Puget Sound Region where the South Sound CARE Foundation facilitates clinical trials and new treatment options to care for – and extended the lives of – South Sound cancer patients.
